Available throughout the day across all Fogo de Chão restaurants, this specially curated three-course menu has been created in partnership with Casamigos Tequila. Pork Tomahawk, Sweet Potato & Feta Purée, Banana Assada
Roasted Pineapple Cantarito
A smoky-sweet highball combining roasted pineapple and reposado tequila, lifted with fresh lime and topped with soda, finished with a warm cinnamon sugar rim.
SECOND COURSE
Beef Tomahawk, Batata Frita, Pimentas de Cheiro
Blush Paloma
A bright, floral twist on a classic Paloma, blending smooth reposado tequila with zesty grapefruit, fresh lime, and delicate hibiscus for a vibrant, aromatic serve.
THIRD COURSE
Coconut/Lime Brigadeiros
Casamigos Mezcal Joven
Hints of tamarind and pomegranate aromas are followed by herbal tones of fresh mint and dried oregano. Delicate notes of smoke and black pepper lead to a long silky finish.
