The Full Churrasco Experience at Fogo de Chão is an authentic Brazilian steakhouse journey inspired by the traditions of the gaúchos from the Pampas.
Our Team expertly butcher, season, and grill a selection of meats, creating a perfect salty bark and juicy interior. Guests enjoy continuous tableside service of freshly grilled cuts, including signature classics like Picanha, Sirloin, Fillet, and Ribeye, as well as lamb, chicken, and pork—all carved at your table.
This experience is complemented by fries, traditional Feijoada, rice, seasonal sides, and an array of dishes from our Market Table, offering a rich selection of gourmet salads, fresh vegetables, cured meats, cheeses, and more to enjoy throughout your meal.

Our Churrasco Experience is at the core of what we do, where large pieces of grilled meat are carved at our guests’ table, rodizio-style.
We also have individual steaks available in our Indulgent Cuts selection, such as Wagyu New York Strip and Tomahawk. Our Indulgent Enhancements offer and elevated experience with our Butter-Bathed™ Lobster and more, making the perfect surf and turf.
With our Single Cut Churrasco, you can savour your most favourite cut of expertly grilled meat, carved tableside, accompanied by our usual Market Table dishes and Brazilian-inspired sides. A perfect choice for a lighter option.
Alternatively, our Indulgent Cuts selection includes some finer, exquisite individual steaks such as the 21-day dry-aged Tomahawk and Wagyu New York Strip, which are recommended to share between 4 or more guests.
Should you wish to indulge in any of these individual cuts, you can do so whilst also delighting in our abundance of fresh Market Table dishes and delectable, hot Brazilian side dishes – inclusive of the Fogo Experience.
Our Market Table boasts an array of different dishes, including a variety of continental cheeses, charcuterie, fresh seafood, crisp salads and creatively seasoned vegetables.
These dishes can be enjoyed throughout your dining experience. Please note, dishes will vary seasonally throughout our restaurants.
Across all of our Fogo locations, guests can enjoy the ‘Market Table and Feijoada’ option — a perfect choice for those seeking an alternative to our Churrasco meats.
Indulge in a bountiful Market Table featuring an array of gourmet salads, fresh vegetables, cured meats, Continental cheeses, antipasto, and more.
Complementing this is our traditional Feijoada, a rich Brazilian black bean stew with sausage, served with fluffy rice.
This experience also includes our seasonal side dishes and fries, offering a beautifully curated taste of Fogo.
Our Brazilian hot side dishes are included to be enjoyed throughout your experience with us, alongside our bountiful Market Table selection.

We may require card details to secure your reservation. Your card will not be charged upon booking and your details will be securely processed by Stripe.
If you no longer wish to keep your reservation, you can simply cancel this via the link in your confirmation email.
Alternatively, if your reservation is less than 24 hours away, please contact our Reception Teams with as much notice as possible, otherwise a charge of £10.00 per guest (£20 per guest for our Bishopsgate restaurant) will be processed.

As an after-dinner treat, children can enjoy two scoops from our ice cream or sorbet selection.
Accommodating families:
– Children of all ages are welcome, but those under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
– For evening reservations with children under 4, bookings should be no later than 6pm (cannot extend beyond 8pm).
– Include children in total guest numbers when booking.
