Our three private dining rooms at Fogo de Chão Manchester exude splendour, luxury and comfort, providing the perfect ambience for corporate dining or celebrating with family and friends. Accommodating from 6 to 16 people, guests dine from our Group Dining Menu, can host client meetings or hold tailored events such as intimate wine tastings in our exclusive private rooms. The stunning bar area and heated terrace play host to a number of corporate events for up to 70 guests, with a selection of exquisite canapés available.

Background: Lem Yohanes brings a diverse international background to hospitality, having been raised in Saudi Arabia with East African roots and speaking four languages—allowing her to connect naturally with a wide range of guests and clients.
Her career began in customer-focused roles, building a strong foundation in guest experience, organisation and relationship management. She later expanded into corporate environments, further refining her ability to manage people, projects and detail with confidence.
Lem joined Fogo de Chão in 2022 as Reception Manager in Birmingham, before moving into her current role as Relationships & Events Manager in Manchester. She focuses on delivering well-executed events with a personal, thoughtful touch.
Outside of work, Lem enjoys travelling, discovering new cultures and continuing her language learning, bringing fresh perspective and energy into the experiences she creates.
