Set in the original vaults with exposed brick interiors, our two private dining rooms at Fogo de Chão Birmingham emanate style and sophistication. Accommodating 14 to 16 guests, each room allows for an immersive and intimate Fogo Experience. Nestled between the ambient private dining rooms, one can find our temperature-controlled wine cellar, home to our hand-selected premium wine list. For larger group dining and corporate events, reserve our large private dining & events space which accommodates up to 60 guests.

Background: Patrycja brings over a decade of experience in hospitality, with a genuine passion for creating memorable experiences and building meaningful guest relationships. She joined Fogo de Chão in 2019, progressing from a front-of-house role into her position as Relationships & Events Manager—developing a strong understanding of both service and event delivery along the way.
Having studied Events Management in Birmingham, Patrycja combines academic insight with hands-on expertise to ensure each event is thoughtfully planned and seamlessly executed. Inspired by her love of travel—particularly Italy—she brings warmth, attention to detail and a considered approach to every experience she creates.
